Refurbishment involves replacing all components in a power supply that are nearing the end of their operational life.
Why Refurbish?
The intent of Refurbishment is to bring a power supply back to full operational condition before it fails in service.
This is useful in mission critical applications, such as process control.
It is also sometimes the only way to extend the life of obsolete equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacturer.
We have previously done major refurishment projects for Aluminium Smelters, Power Stations, Television Stations and the like.
Power Supplies that we have Refurbished in the past have had a return rate of less than 1%.
