A. Mount Hay Technology can repair UPS. The most common faults with UPS are malfunctioning control and charging
circuitry or dead batteries. Sometimes it can be a combination of both these problems.
Before sending the UPS check that the battery is not the cause of the problem and replace if necessary. This
may save you the cost of an inspection!

A. Mount Hay Technology can repair computer power supplies.
If the Power Supply is non-standard (i.e. the output voltage or footprint shape/size is non-standard)
the repair is probably cost effective, however for standard power supplies it may be more cost
effective to purchase a new one than to have existing one repaired.

Q. Does Mount Hay Technology repair high voltage power supplies (greater than 1000 volts)?

A. Mount Hay Technology can repair high voltage power supplies.
The high voltage power supply probably has a discreet component control board with a hermetically sealed high
voltage module. If the discreet component control board is found to be faulty we can repair it, however in
the event that the High Voltage module is faulty, it is likely that the replacement part/s will need to be
sourced from the original manufacturer of the power supply unit.

A. Mount Hay Technology average turn around time is 3 - 10 days. More expedient repairs are available if required for an additional surcharge.
