Return and Refund Policy

Warranty Statement

Mount Hay Technology warrants that all repairs will be free from defects in material and workmanship and be fit for the purpose for which they were intended.

The warranty period comences on the invoice date of the repair.

All Repairs are supported by a minimum 180 day warranty.

Refurbishments are supported by a minimum 12 month warranty, with negotiable additional warranty if required.

If it proves that the fault is related to the repair in terms of workmanship or defective parts and it is within the warranty period, the fault shall be repaired at no cost to the customer.
The warranty of goods becomes null and void if the fault is unrelated to the repair or the goods have been damaged, misused or tampered with.

Where warranty is questioned, final determination lies with Mount Hay Technology.

Return and Refund Policy

If the repaired item proves to be faulty on arrival or develop a fault related to the repair within the warranty period, please contact Mount Hay Technology workshop staff as soon as possible to arrange for the goods to be returned.

You will need to package and send the goods back for assessment and testing.

If it proves that the fault is related to the repair in terms of workmanship or defective parts and it is within the warranty period, the fault shall be repaired at no cost to the customer.
For your security all refunds shall be given to the Customer in the same form that the customer used to purchase the service or goods.

For example if the goods or services were paid by credit card they will be entitled to a credit refund. If they were paid be cheque they shall be refunded by cheque.

All refunds must be issued to the original purchaser.
